Kalpana Thakkar · Master Chocolatier

After decades of training in the historic chocolate houses of Turin and Paris, Julian returned to his roots to found Chocoenza. His philosophy is simple: chocolate is a medium for emotion. “To work with chocolate is to work with time itself. You cannot rush it, and you cannot force it. You must listen to the cocoa.”
